Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We'll add destinations as our partner brands support them.

• Orders of $150 or more ship free.
• Smaller orders ship for a flat $12.
• The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after that. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and holidays.

Many items are fulfilled directly by our partner brands, so an order containing products from more than one brand may arrive in separate shipments. Each shipment has its own tracking number, which we email to you as soon as it's available.

If we can't ship within the time we promised, we'll let you know and offer you the choice to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund. If a package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier and the brand to make it right.
