If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it online. Item must bereturned within 30 daysfrom purchase in new and unused condition.Most clubs have a manufacturer's warrantyfor defects (see product pages for details). If your club is defective,please return it directly to the manufacturer. For all other purchases, simply click here to begin the online return process. If you’re a registered user, you simply need to sign in to review your order history and begin your return. If not, you’ll need to have your Order Number and Billing Address information to look up your order and begin your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are subject to a $7.50 shipping fee within the contiguous US.
Golf Clubs may be returned after trial use subject to the terms of our 30-Day Playability Guarantee. You can return it for a TGW gift card worth up to 90% of the purchase price. The "TGW Mulligan Playability Guarantee" applies to select clubs labeled with the banner below on the purchase date. Not all clubs qualify for this offer. Customers may use the playability service for up to 4 stock clubs and 1 custom club per calendar year.

Use our Manage Orders interface to track your orders online. Customers who have not previously created a profile can enter their order number and billing address details from the order they’d like to track.
Customers with tgw.com accounts can simply login to see the status of their current order and past order history.

After you have submitted your order, you may be able to make changes or cancel your entire order. Please note you have alimited amount of timein which to cancel your order, as our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.
