If not, you’ll need to have your Order Number and Billing Address information to look up your order and begin your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are subject to a $7.50 shipping fee within the contiguous US.

Golf Clubs may be returned after trial use subject to the terms of our 30-Day Playability Guarantee. You can return it for a TGW gift card worth up to 90% of the purchase price. The "TGW Mulligan Playability Guarantee" applies to select clubs labeled with the banner below on the purchase date. Not all clubs qualify for this offer. Customers may use the playability service for up to 4 stock clubs and 1 custom club per calendar year.

After you have submitted your order, you may be able to make changes or cancel your entire order. Please note you have alimited amount of timein which to cancel your order, as our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.
